Take the booking
On the phone or at the desk: customer, route and date go in. The price comes from the tariff on its own; override it by hand if you wish.
Assign the job
The day's rides are on the dispatch board; assign each to a driver, a vehicle or a supplier in one tap. The driver sees the job on their own phone.
Close the settlement
At the end of the period, driver settlements, agency commission and supplier costs are ready; who owes whom is visible at a glance.
Prices come from tariffs, FX rates lock at sale time
You enter the booking; the pricing engine suggests the amount from the vehicle class and route. On foreign-currency sales the day's rate is written into the record — even if the rate moves later, your sale does not.
- Vehicle class + tariffs: zone-to-zone, province-district or per-km prices; minimum-amount protection included.
- 81 provinces, every district: pick the route from a ready list; distance comes by hand or from the map.
- EUR / USD / TRY: quote the price in foreign currency; the TRY equivalent is written with the rate at sale time and locked.
- Quotes & accept link: send the quote by email; the customer accepts from the link in one tap.
- Receipts & CSV: payment receipts print; sales export as CSV.
