The whole sale, from booking to payment: customer, route, price and collections in one record. Vehicle class, zone and per-km tariffs; EUR/USD/TRY pricing, quotes, receipts and sales reports included. Rented separately — works on its own.

Operations

The day's rides on one board: who is on which job, where each vehicle is, which flight is delayed. Dispatch board, driver app, U-ETDS filing and WhatsApp messages included. Rented separately — requires the Sales module.

Accounting

Driver settlements, agency and supplier balances, period closing and per-job profit & loss. A closed period is locked; numbers never change. Rented separately — requires Sales and Finance.

How It Works

The whole job in three steps

Take the booking

On the phone or at the desk: customer, route and date go in. The price comes from the tariff on its own; override it by hand if you wish.

Assign the job

The day's rides are on the dispatch board; assign each to a driver, a vehicle or a supplier in one tap. The driver sees the job on their own phone.

Close the settlement

At the end of the period, driver settlements, agency commission and supplier costs are ready; who owes whom is visible at a glance.

Bookings

Prices come from tariffs, FX rates lock at sale time

You enter the booking; the pricing engine suggests the amount from the vehicle class and route. On foreign-currency sales the day's rate is written into the record — even if the rate moves later, your sale does not.
