Why a separate product?

A hotel does not run like a shop or a restaurant

Prefux Hotel is Business Suite re-built for lodging: the same security and Turkish legal layer, with bookings, folios and guest experience written for hotels.

Lodging core
Blocks, room types and rooms; seasonal rate plans with board types (room only, B&B, half, full, all-inclusive); bookings, room allocation, check-in and check-out. The folio is never edited — entries are appended, so every line is traceable.
QR in the room
The guest scans the room code and verifies with a surname or the PIN reception gives them — no app to install. Turkish, English, Russian and German.
Legal layer
Accommodation tax as its own folio line, a submission queue for police guest registration (KBS) with failure alerts, and a KVKK retention period with automatic erasure of guest identity data.

Guests ask for everything in one place; staff see which room wants what, instantly.

Room service
The restaurant menu on the guest's phone; the order lands in the kitchen and the ready/delivered stages show live. Items included in an all-inclusive board show as 0 with a daily quota.
Housekeeping & repairs
Extra towels, cleaning, late check-out, wake-up calls; repair requests take a photo. Each request goes to its department and turns red when overdue.
To the room or by card
The guest chooses: charge to the room or pay by card now. The room-charge limit and approval threshold stay with the hotel; companions get their own spending limit.
My bill
Guests see their folio line by line, dispute a wrong item, settle the balance by card and request express check-out once the balance is zero.
Payments to the hotel's account
Card payments use the hotel's own iyzico merchant account; Prefux is not in the money flow and takes no commission. A payment is recorded only after server-side confirmation from the provider.
Staff alerts
New requests, cancellations, bill disputes and guest-registration failures reach the right team at once; e-mail can be switched on.

Wristband / room card
Restaurant and bar sales are posted to the room with the wristband code; limit overruns are flagged immediately.
Board inclusion rules
Included items and categories per board type, with time windows and daily quotas — guests see what is included for free and the rest at its price.
Companions
A separate PIN and spending limit for a child or partner; the primary guest approves overruns from their phone.
