Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts without any card details. If you decide to continue, you pay through iyzico's secure payment page.
Can I change my modules later?
Yes. You can add and remove modules from the panel; your subscription total updates with your selection at the next billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You cancel your subscription from the panel in one click; you keep full access until the end of the current period, after which it simply doesn't renew.
How are payments collected — is my card safe?
Payments are processed by iyzico. Your card details are never stored on Prefux servers; they live only in iyzico's secure infrastructure.
How is my data separated from other companies?
Every company's data is kept in its own isolated database — the strongest isolation model in the industry, known as "database per tenant".
How do I buy the Transfer & Tours modules?
As three separate modules: Sales, Operations and Accounting. You can rent them individually or pick the Transfer Tam bundle that includes all three. Operations requires Sales; Accounting requires Sales and Finance.
Is fiscal cash register (ÖKC) integration included in the price?
The software side is ready: we have built the cloud integration with Token (Beko) new-generation ÖKC devices. It opens for use once device testing and Token approval are complete, and we will publish the terms on this page. In ÖKC integrations, the device-side pairing and integration fee is separate from the software subscription and is usually charged by the device manufacturer or its authorised channel.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. With annual billing you use the service for 12 months and pay for 10 — two months free. You choose the billing period in Settings > Subscription. If you switch to annual in the middle of a paid monthly period, the annual period starts when the current month ends.
