Follow the order all the way to the door
Open a delivery order from the panel, assign a courier, and see exactly where the delivery stands. Order, delivery and cash are part of the same flow — no separate program needed.
- Delivery orders: customer name, phone, address and order note on one screen; the delivery record is created on its own when the order opens.
- Courier assignment: assign the delivery to the right courier, or hand it to another one as long as it hasn't been picked up yet.
- Status tracking: pending → assigned → picked up → delivered. Every transition is recorded with who made it and when — and where, if location sharing is on.
- Last location on the map: the courier's last reported location appears on a map in the delivery card.
- Cancellation discipline: no cancellation without a reason; nothing is deleted — the cancellation is written into the history too.
- Courier report: deliveries per courier, average time from assignment to delivery, and the cash reported on delivery.
